Peri-menopausal: apply 5 pumps of cream at night as directed below on the days not menstruating, but stop taking while menstruating. Once symptoms improved, lower dosage to 3 or 4 pumps taken at night. Take for 3 to 6 months.
Menopausal: apply 5 pumps of cream at night as directed below. If symptoms are severe, increase to 7 pumps until symptoms improve, then lower to between 3 and 5 pumps daily as maintenance dosage.
How to use: apply to inner arms, inner legs, breast and chest area or neck and face. It is good to rotate the areas of application to avoid the cells in one area to become saturated.
